Welcome to Mas D` Arneix for your French Cooking Holiday

French Cooking Holiday, OnionsHere at Mas D`Arneix we want you to make use of all your senses when experiencing our hands on cook France classes. In our cooking classes we convey the importance of using only the very best quality fresh ingredients. We show our students the techniques used in commercial cookery that can be used every day at home.

Not every body has the time to use complicated cooking techniques. We provide tips and tricks that our clients can take away and maximise the potential of that fresh produce through correct cooking techniques. It’s about going back to the basics of using simple fresh and healthy ingredients to produce fantastic wholesome and practical cooking. Cooking and eating habits that can be incorporated into our busy lifestyles.

Selected fresh vegetablesWe show our students how to get the most of the produce they are purchasing, whether it is meat, seafood, fruit or vegetables.

In our classes we guide our clients to reach their full potential in the kitchen. We design our classes to be fun and interactive. Each client gets to participate hands on in the preparation of their own meal. First we take you through an orientation session where you will be taken through the recipes, the raw ingredients and the techniques. Throughout the class these will be employed in the preparation of the menu. Then under our guidance all our clients get to prepare the menu covered in the demonstration. We are always on hand to provide guidance, and answer any questions you, our clients, may have. At the end of the class we move to the dining table where you can enjoy the fruits of your labour. The menu is enjoyed with a suitably matched beverage
