Here at Mas d`Arneix we believe in simple honest healthy cooking, using the freshest of seasonally available regional produce.
We will teach you the basics of French classical cooking.
How to prepare stocks, soups, and sauces.

To prepare bread, pastries and deserts, then we simplify and lighten the dishes to fit in with today’s busy lifestyles.
