The terms and conditions refer to French Cooking
Holiday, cooking holidays herein after called "The
Company".
The company gives notice that:-
All arrangements are made
subject to the following terms and conditions:
A non-refundable deposit of
30% per person is payable at the time of booking. A
booking contract is binding when the company
receives and accepts the guaranteed deposit.
The balance is payable 8
weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. The
company shall construe non payment of the balance by
the due date as a cancellation of the booking,
Clients may wish to consider taking out personal
holiday insurance, including booking cancellation
cover and should discuss this with their insurance
agent.
Cancellation must be made in
writing to the company. Cancellation charges per
person will be levied as:
Up to 60 days prior to
commencement date 30% holiday price payable.
59 – 31 days prior to
commencement date 60% holiday price payable
30 days or less prior to
commencement date 100% holiday price payable
The company cannot accept
responsibility for any cancellations or effects on
your course due to war, threat of war, civil strife,
industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or
nuclear disaster, fire or adverse and extreme
weather conditions that result in the cessation of
schedule activities.
The Company reserves the
right to withdraw or modify at any time the
arrangements advertised providing a suitable
alternative in place. Should we be unable to provide
the course booked, we will return to you all monies
paid to the Company or offer an alternative course.
Due care and attention has
been taken to ensure that proper arrangements have
been made for the holidays featured: that the
suppliers of the various services that will be
provided are efficient, safe and reputable.
It is your responsibility to
ensure that you have the necessary insurance,
passports, visa and traveling documents.
You are recommended to take
out travel, medical and holiday cancellation
insurance in case of any unforeseen circumstances to
your planned arrangements.
In the interest of both
hygiene and safety whilst in the kitchen you are
advised to wear appropriate clothing, low-heeled non
slip shoes, long sleeves and trousers or reasonable
long skirts and aprons at all times.
The accommodation advertised
is a private dwelling and does not fall under local
hotel regulations. The property has third party
liability for the duration of holiday.
If any client should suffer
death, illness or injury while overseas arising out
of activity that does not form part of the course
arrangement, the Company will not take
responsibility, nor will pay compensation.
The Company is not
responsible for guests’ valuables.
The Company is not
responsible for any refund on flights due to course
cancellation.
Pets/Dogs, No pets are
allowed to stay at Mas d`Arneix.
We do not allow Smoking in
the house or guest accommodation, but are happy for
guests to smoke outside.
